Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Risk & Control, Audit, Compliance, or related discipline.
• Prior exposure to financial services operations or control environments is an advantage but not required.
• Clearing Derivatives knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify inherent and compliance risks within operational processes.
• Lead process walkthroughs to understand end-to-end workflows, risks, and controls.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness per firm standards.
• Support identification, documentation, and tracking of risk events and control failures.
• Assist in root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
• Prepare routine risk and control reporting for management.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews and respond to information requests.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and other control functions to improve governance.
