Job summary

The Marex FCM Clearing Support role provides operations clearing support for Futures & Options, covering allocations, Give Ups/Give Ins and constant trade monitoring to ensure proper clearing. It requires coordinating with brokers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

With 3–6 years of clearing experience and familiarity with Ion XTP Back Office, Ateo LISA and Teo Clearing, you will leverage strong MS Office skills to maintain accurate records and reporting while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure top day tasks are allocated, cleared, and accepted promptly
• Monitor exchange clearing gateways and third-party clearer file imports
• Monitor downstream internal system feeds and processes daily
• Collaborate with brokers and assist with queries
• Report issues to back-office supervisor and clearing manager
• Work with IT and trade support on system issues daily
• Manage top day trade activity to reduce intraday margin calls
• Handle group mailbox and personal email efficiently
• Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and exchanges
• Adhere to operational risk framework and policy

Role Summary

The FCM Clearing Support provides operations clearing support for Futures & Options. The role covers all top day activity including allocations, Give Ups, Give Ins, and constant monitoring of trade activity to ensure everything is clearing correctly.

Overall Responsibilities

• Ensure all top day tasks are allocated, cleared, and accepted in a timely and efficient manner.
• Daily monitoring and problem resolution of exchange clearing gateways and third-party clearer file imports.
• Daily monitoring and problem resolution of downstream internal system feeds and process.
• Collaborate with brokers, assisting with all queries and requirements.
• Report any issues to back-office supervisor and clearing manager.
• Ability to work closely with IT and trade support groups, advising of system issues daily.
• Manage top day trade activity to reduce intraday margin calls.
• Efficiently manage correspondence through group mailbox, as well as personal email.
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
