Job summary

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Futures Client Services Specialists to join our team for the 7:30 am to 4 pm shift Monday through Friday. The candidate must be willing to cover all shifts as needed.

Training:

New hires will complete two weeks of training on the day shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in a variety of issues
• Risk management with futures and options trading, including executing trades
• Executing orders for clients
• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting current customers on using our technology
• Setting up customers with access to trading systems and troubleshooting trading software connection issues
• Assisting with the firm’s back-office operations on an as-needed basis
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of commodities industry experience
• Knowledge of the futures and options industry is a must
• Experience in risk management in the futures industry
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of industry trading platforms and back-end technology
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
