• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: Night, weekend, and holiday availability to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist at the receptionist area and support all guest interactions.
• Develop Your Craft: follow a training plan with your Salon Leader to build skills.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro on select guest consultations.
• Observe & Learn: shadow senior stylists and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: learn product knowledge, consultations, and building a clientele.
