Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon and front-desk areas.
• Participate in a structured training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro to observe and perform services on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching salon professionals and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Assist in building a strong clientele through professional product knowledge and consultations.
