Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands (HCFB) offers a Student to Work program called FuturePRO, designed to advance beauty students into licensed stylists through mentorship, specialized training, and on-the-job guidance.

As a hairstylist student, you’ll earn while you learn, with a clear path up an 8-Level Career Ladder and 12 Price Levels to boost earnings, potentially reaching $100K+ per year with commissions and tips.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in beauty school and ready to transition to a professional career.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
