For this role, we seek individuals responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably.
  • Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, using a high degree of independent judgment.
  • Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
  • Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner daily.
  • Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
  • Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • Field Mechanics: Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment; maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
  • Participate in year-round OEM training provided by the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Own tools applicable to the position.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including schematics and diagrams.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and communication skills (verbal/written).
  • High School diploma; trade school certification preferred.
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • Field mechanics: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
  • Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Field Technicians: May be required to be clean-shaven to access certain worksites.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position; employment contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.
