For this role, we look for individuals responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
  • Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
  • Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, using a high degree of independent judgment
  • Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed
  • Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) accurately and promptly daily
  • Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
  • Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
  • Field Mechanics: travel to customer sites for repair/maintenance when required; maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
  • Participate in year-round OEM training provided by the company
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
  • Must own tools applicable to the position
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
  • Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High School diploma; Trade school certification preferred
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
  • Field mechanics: valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
  • Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Field Technicians: may be required to be clean-shaven to access worksites with such requirements
  • This is a safety-sensitive position; employment contingent upon passing a 10-panel drug screen
