Qualifications

• GPA above 3.5; demonstrated leadership; strong communication, analytical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
• Interest in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Services or Investments.
• Work authorization to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Location: Miami, Florida; Program timing: June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support meaningful business initiatives alongside Wealth Management & Insurance professionals.
• Gain exposure to strategies, products and services that support high-net-worth individuals and families across Latin America.
• Contribute to client-focused solutions and learn the relationship-driven approach of Wealth Management & Insurance.
• Develop technical, analytical, professional and interpersonal skills through formal training and hands-on experience.
• Build your Santander network with guidance and advice from a mentor throughout the summer.
