Future Talent Program – Training and Development Associate
Our Future Talent Program - Technical Track is an 18-month program that will develop your skills in an accelerated process to become training and development experts. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a structured development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position to grow into a future role.
The plan will include collaboration in different projects and activities within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of future mechanical engineers. This program will give you broad insight into the company, our culture and values. After the program ends you will have gained great experiences to help continue your exciting career within our company.
The program starts on July 10, 2023.
The position is for Denton, Texas.
You will be traveling 15% of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants Internal and External who require International relocation to the United States.

What you will do
Training Services is a key area in the Services Group that provides necessary training to Tetra Pak customers and internal field force. Training Services has a high complexity of offerings, many that are customized to meet specific needs. The Training Services team relies on regular interactions with other departments within Tetra Pak as well as directly with customers in order to address training needs quickly and with a high-quality product. Nowadays is the area inside Customer service operations with the highest amount of transformation hence extremely exciting and attractive to those who like to innovate and experiment with new approaches.
Future Talent will support the identification of Tetra Pak training offerings that meet customer needs both internal and external. This position will play a key role in conducting revenue-cost analysis for the USCA market for our current sales and recommend global and local new offerings to expand the Tetra Pak Training Portfolio. Future Talent will work directly with Services Key Account Managers, Services Account Representatives, Learning Experience Delivery Manager, and Training Administrators to support seamless training delivery leading to customer satisfaction.

• Are a talented recent graduate candidate from Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Sales, and you are interested in taking your career to the next level. These opportunities are for you.
