Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled Masters’ level student in HR Management, Industrial and Labor Relations, I/O Psychology, Business or related area with at least 1 year of coursework completed.
• Ability to work full time on-site at NJ or PA campuses.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently.
• Skill in probing and asking the right questions to get needed information.

Responsibilities

• Provide Employee Relations consultation and resources to managers of US non-bargaining employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Participate in talent strategies and solutions including attraction, development, and retention.
• Contribute to HR Operations project related to a priority program, including planning and communications.
• Support global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Assist with compensation solutions and workforce analytics projects across divisions and functions.
• Help design and plan global learning strategies for client areas and geographies.
• Provide HR Business Partner support in change, analytics, talent management, and project management.
