84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee for full-time on-site training to prepare you for a leadership role. The program offers hands-on experience across store operations and a potential promotion within 6–12 months based on performance.

No experience is required to begin; bring dedication and a willingness to learn, and we will support your growth. Training covers sales, customer service, inventory, blueprint reading, forklift certification, and business basics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
• Open to relocation for management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS tasks.
• Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Interpreting and analyzing financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
