Domino's Salt Lake City is hiring for store managers (Assistant Manager). This role is the second in command of a million-dollar business, with opportunities to grow to General Manager or franchisee. You’ll need leadership, judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

We offer a full-time, hourly position with overtime. You’ll oversee all store aspects, receive training, and have chances to help at other locations near Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Great positive attitude
• High Energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Lead by example to drive People, Operations, Sales, and Profits.
• Ensure safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
