Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan in response to market conditions.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products.
• Talks with customers during walk-throughs to determine product and service quality.
• Trains store personnel to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Trains managers in store systems for Q.S.C. and cost controls.
• Maintains store cleanliness and writes cleaning plan.
• Writes and manages a development plan for each manager.
