Based at Take 5 Car Wash locations in Tennessee, this on-site role blends outdoor, fast-paced work with leadership development. You’ll guide onboarding, scheduling, customer interactions, and daily operations to keep performance at peak.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or track record in managing people
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Customer service oriented with focus on guest experience
• Decision making and problem solving under pressure

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding new team members and reinforce company values
• Assist in scheduling and shift management to maintain staffing levels
• Promote a positive team culture and recognize achievements
• Greet customers and address questions about services and promotions
• Monitor and report safety and equipment concerns
• Upsell memberships and services to drive site revenue
• Identify operational improvements to keep daily work flowing smoothly
