Their experts use the newest research, innovative technologies and active clinical trials to create individualized treatment plans for conditions affecting the brain, spine and nerves. With seamless collaboration acrossPhysical Medicine & Rehabilitation,Neurosurgery, andPediatric Neurology, our patients receive coordinated, world-class care at every stage.

Apply to an open RN position in the specialty or unit that interests you.
Interview with nursing leadership.
Receive a job offer and sign a JumpStart agreement.
Your position will be reserved for you until after graduation.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Expected graduation within approximately 6 months
- Eligible to work as a Registered Nurse upon successful completion of the program and licensure requirement
Participants receive monthly payments beginning with their JumpStart agreement and continuing through one month after graduation, for a maximum of 6 months.
This support is designed to help nursing students focus on their education while preparing for a successful transition into professional practice.
Upon graduation, participants will:
- Submit NCLEX and Iowa Board of Nursing fee receipts for reimbursement
- Complete the NCLEX-RN examination and obtain RN licensure
- Transition into their full-time Registered Nurse position
- Begin their nursing career with a team committed to professional growth and development
