SuperMom's LLC is seeking a Market Leader Trainee to oversee operations in retail sales across 100-150 stores. You will lead Area Leaders and ensure optimum sales and profitability while receiving extensive training.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience including P&L responsibility.
• Experience with multi-unit management for both company and franchise operations.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region with overnight travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist and counsel Area Leaders and Store Operators in daily operations.
• Maximize sales and gross profit across stores.
• Lead a group of 8-10 Area Leaders for approximately 100-150 stores.
