Leap Brands is seeking a General Manager in Training to support its multi-location growth across Virginia, Maryland, and DC. This full-time position is designed for individuals with a background in youth programs, sports, or recreation who are eager to advance to full General Manager leadership in 2027.

The role offers hands-on experience, rotating across several gyms while learning core operations and management duties. A passion for youth programming and leadership in an active environment is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids programs, sports, camps, enrichment centers, childcare, or recreation.
• Early career leadership experience or supervisor level responsibilities.
• High energy and comfort in hands-on environments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across multiple gyms in the DC, VA, MD region.
• Learn all core gym functions, including scheduling and customer service.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
