Job summary

Qualifications

• Be a college junior with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in investments, financial markets, and business analysis.
• Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Be able to organize information, think critically, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be comfortable taking initiative while also being receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software.
• Be able to maintain the confidentiality of business and personnel information.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Experience with investment research, a student-managed investment fund, case competitions, relevant coursework, or progress toward the CFA Program is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on existing and prospective investments and develop investment recommendations.
• Analyze risks and opportunities and contribute to the investment decision-making process.
• Gain exposure to industry and asset class research, credit underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Deliver a formal investment recommendation to the Investment Team at internship end with supporting analysis and risk assessment.
