Wisenbaker-Builder-Services is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager to advance into a leadership role in our cabinet/wood product manufacturing operation in Texas. You’ll work beside the Quality Manager to master inspection processes, analyze trends, and drive real improvements on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes leading corrective actions and coaching teams to sustain high quality, with opportunities to grow into a full Quality Manager position as you prove impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cabinet/wood product manufacturing and quality experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to drive improvements and lead corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master quality standards, specs, and inspection processes.
• Partner with production and finishing teams to identify defects and implement solutions.
• Analyze defect rates, scrap, rework, and first-pass yield to drive improvements.
• Support SOPs, quality documentation, and control plans for consistency.
• Assist in root cause analysis and lead corrective actions that stick.
• Monitor finishing quality and construction processes to meet standards.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate quality performance.
