Job summary

TESO Group is seeking Store Staff to join our frontline team in Tukwila, WA. You will assist with merchandising, replenishment, price labels, area cleanliness, customer service, and stockroom support.

Under supervision from the Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager, you’ll ensure merchandise is neatly displayed, prices are accurate, replenishment is timely, and issues are reported promptly. Training may be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or vocational secondary school.
• Experience in retail, supermarkets, beauty, lifestyle retail or service industries preferred; training available for non-experienced candidates.
• Familiar with merchandising, replenishment, price labels, expiration management, customer service, cleanliness, receiving and basic work records.
• Strong execution, sense of responsibility, good service, attention to detail and teamwork.

Position Overview

Store Staff are frontline store employees primarily responsible for merchandising, replenishment and product organization, price labels, area cleanliness, customer service, receiving support, stockroom organization, Tester / sample / display-material management, work records, and issue reporting within their assigned area.

Under the direction of the Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager, Store Staff complete daily tasks according to Company standards to ensure merchandise is neatly displayed, pricing is accurate, replenishment is timely, the area is clean, service is friendly, and issues are promptly reported.

Qualifications

• - Education : High school diploma / vocational secondary school or above.
• - Professional Experience : Experience in retail, supermarkets, convenience stores, beauty, collectible/toy retail, lifestyle retail, or service industries is preferred; candidates without experience may be trained.
• - Knowledge & Skills : Familiar with or willing to learn product merchandising, replenishment and recovery, price labels, expiration management, customer service, cleanliness, receiving organization, and basic work records.
• - Core Competencies : Strong execution and sense of responsibility, good service and attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation

• $ 23.5 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
