Job summary

Clive Christian Perfume in Miami is expanding and seeks passionate Perfume Specialists to join our luxury retail team as we open new experiences for discerning clients. As a brand ambassador, you will provide personalised one-to-one service in a premium environment, build rapport, manage events with senior leaders, and uphold the highest standards of service and presentation.

Fluent English is required; Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by management.

• Act as Brand Ambassador, portraying the brand philosophy in demeanor and approach.
• Maintain standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain counter and promotional merchandising/housekeeping.
• Must work 3 weekends each month.
• Present a smart and professional image at all times.

As we continue to grow our presence in the Miami market, including the upcoming opening of a new boutique, we’re building our team for the next chapter of our expansion.

We’re looking to connect with passionate, talented Perfume Specialists who are excited to be part of a growing luxury fragrance business and who share our commitment to exceptional client experiences.

Job Purpose Summary / Overview

As an ambassador for the brand you will be confident, professional and approachable with the passion and enthusiasm to grow the business.

You will understand the importance of building and maintaining a rapport with customers, providing exceptional customer care, and have experience delivering a one-to-one service in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Achieving sales targets set by your Manager
• Setting exemplary standards of customer service
• Co-ordinate, plan and implement (with the cooperation of senior managers) in-store events to increase sales, footfall and CRM contacts
• Acting as Brand Ambassador, portraying the brand philosophy in your demeanor, attitude and approach
• Maintaining standards in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintaining counter and promotional merchandising/housekeeping
• Must work 3 weekends each month
• Present a smart and professional image at all times

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury sales
