Milestone is seeking a Data Center Technician L2 to join our on-site team in Santa Clara, CA. You will support installs, troubleshoot, and maintain servers and networking gear, ensuring continuous operation of critical data center infrastructure.

You'll use Linux command line and UNIX tools for diagnostics, perform first-level triage on IT hardware, manage the repair queue, and coordinate with partner teams and on-site vendors to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration.
  • Knowledge of PC and server hardware.
  • Proficient with Linux command line and UNIX tools.
