The Milestone Data Center Logistics Associate L2 is a full-time, onsite role based in a large warehouse and data center environment. Both day and night shifts are available, and the position involves 100% travel to support logistics operations across client sites.

We seek individuals with 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with Windows-based programs and strong communication are essential.

The Milestone Data Center Logistics Associate L2 is responsible for safely moving all the parts into, out of, and around the warehouse and data center environment using a variety of technology and equipment to support the Logistics Team in the daily execution of service operations to the set standards and ensuring compliance to support excellent service quality and customer engagement. This role is a full-time, onsite position in an environment that consists of a large warehouse, data center, and internal transport services.

**Both Day and Night Shifts available
**This is a 100% travel-based role.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Work as part of a team of logistics operators who work together and independently
• Ensure all operations are carried out in a proactive, compliant, and effective manner
• Ensure compliance with operational execution in line with Standard Operating Practices and Work Instructions
• Maintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts
• Assists in monthly and/or annual physical inventories; provides inventory reports
• Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
• Keep a strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the work area
• Transport inventory by hand, material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts or pallet jacks), and box truck (No commercial driver's license required) by all safety procedures and protocol
• Complete other duties that may be assigned as required with consideration for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Commitment to excellence in your contribution to overall Service Delivery
• Work alongside Team members to assist in workload execution, monitor quality, observe areas for improvement, and support service knowledge growth
• Ensure the maintenance of 5S standards within all operational areas
• Escalate all areas of service non-compliance in a timely and effective manner to support investigation and remediation
• Participate in all assigned training to support the execution of their assigned responsibilities
• Ensure proactive customer service support to the Client and other operational teams as required

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 1+ years' experience working in warehouse or logistics, receiving, asset life cycle management, or related field
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of Data Center or warehouse operations best practices
• Proficiency in Windows-based programs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to understand and follow safety requirements
• Inventory control skills, managing priorities and workflow
• Computer, iPad, and iPhone literate
• Ability to work in a physical labor dynamic work environment
• Ability to work with instruction as part of a larger team
• Initiative to complete tasks assigned independently of the team

• Able to safely lift and move a minimum of fifty (50) pounds and can stand the duration of the shift

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to travel up to 100%.
• May require extended periods on your feet
• May require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. as needed.
