Qualifications

  • U.S. citizen with an ACTIVE DOE Q or DoD Top-Secret (TS) clearance and ability to obtain DOE SCI.
  • Counterintelligence-scope polygraph may be required.
  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work with clients in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and document tracking from inception to production.
  • Able to travel domestically and potentially internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze DOE/NNSA NEST requirements to assist NA-84 leadership plan future employment and deployment of NEST capabilities.
  • Coordinate with NA-84 Leadership and NEST assets to synchronize strategic and operational objectives in exercise development and execution.
  • Review interagency plans to identify impacts on NEST planning and develop strategic responses.
  • Attend and lead IPR meetings, WG meetings, and briefings.
  • Analyze operations orders, prepare senior staff briefings, and develop action plans and after-action reports.
  • Support strategic communications planning for DOE/NNSA and interagency.
  • Provide meeting support and assist with conferences and working group meetings for nuclear forensics missions.
  • Coordinate with other DOE/NNSA assets to facilitate integration of operations infrastructure.

Education

Master’s degree
Intermediate Level Education, Command and General Staff Officers Course or Joint Service equivalent
