Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Yard & Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Position: Full-Time Yard and Warehouse Team Member
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments in an organized manner
• Organize and maintain the yard, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are stored safely and are easily accessible
• Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping
• Load and unload materials from trucks, including customer vehicles
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist with receiving shipments, ensuring correct materials are delivered and stored properly
• Help with stocktaking and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or errors
• Break down orders, pallets, and weights
• Assist at a second yard location
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and pallet jacks
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
