Job description

Position available: Soccer coach for children ages 2-6, to begin working January/February 2018.

What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 minutes each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum to introduce young soccer stars to basic skills, while also developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Information:

• Classes run Monday through Saturday, lasting 45-60 minutes each. Coaches will be provided with a uniform, equipment, training, and a curriculum.
• TinyTykes offers flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment. Classes are typically held at preschools and sports complexes, running in 6-8 week blocks.

Compensation: $16-22 per hour, based on experience.

Location: Positions available across Los Alamitos and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• In-date Criminal Background Checks.
• Up-to-date vaccinations.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Experience working with children aged 2-6.
• Personable, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor when engaging with children and colleagues.
• Playing experience in soccer is preferred but not required.
• Own transportation.
• Legal eligibility to work in the USA.
