Challenger Sports is seeking a part-time Soccer Coach for their TinyTykes program, aimed at introducing soccer to children aged 2-6. Job description

Position available: Soccer coach for children aged 2-6.

What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn basic soccer skills through fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 minutes. Our curriculum, designed by soccer and child development professionals, helps develop motor, social, and psychological skills alongside soccer fundamentals.

Information:

• Classes run Monday through Saturday, lasting 45-60 minutes. Coaches are provided with uniforms, equipment, training, and a curriculum.
• Offers flexible part-time hours in a rewarding environment, typically at preschools and sports complexes, in 6-8 week blocks.

Compensation: $18-25 per hour, based on experience.

Location: La Mesa and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• In-date Criminal Background Checks.
• Up-to-date vaccinations.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Experience working with children aged 2-6.
• Personable, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Playing experience in soccer is preferred but not required.
• Own transportation.
