Job description

Looking for an enthusiastic, engaging Soccer Coach to deliver a number of Soccer classes to children between the ages of 2 and 16.

The majority of this position will be with 2-5 year old soccer players!

Training and equipment will be provided, mileage will also be covered in the event of travel requirements.

Challenger Sports is seeking a motivated individual to join our team of professional soccer coaches. The main requirements are a love of soccer and the ability to follow a detailed curriculum when coaching.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Deliver professional, fun, and engaging soccer sessions to young children.
2. Engage children with enthusiasm and good communication.
3. Be patient when children are not as engaged as you would like.
4. Foster a passion and love for soccer by delivering excellent sessions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Background in soccer.
• Experience in coaching soccer at any level.
• Must pass a background check.
• Coaching qualifications.
• Hourly rate TBD depending on experience and qualifications.
• Mileage covered when traveling more than 10 miles to a session.
• Training provided by professional soccer coaches to develop your coaching skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Required license or certification:

• Driver's license

Compensation: $25-30 per hour

Our curriculum, designed by soccer experts and child development professionals, introduces young players to basic skills and helps develop motor, social, and psychological skills.

What is the Challenger Soccer Academy?

The Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive teams aged 5-18.
