Job description

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic soccer coaches for our British Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

What is TinyTykes?

TinyTykes introduces children aged 2-6 to soccer through fun games and stories in weekly 45-minute classes. Our curriculum, designed by soccer experts and child development professionals, helps develop basic soccer skills as well as motor, social, and psychological skills.

Compensation

$25-35 per hour, based on experience, with bonus schemes available. Classes are typically 45-60 minutes, run back-to-back, and held at preschools and sports complexes. Coaches are provided with uniforms, equipment, training, and curriculum. Flexible part-time hours are available, starting in September for a 6-8 week period.

What is British Soccer Academy?

• Year-round professional coaching
• Mentoring and supporting coaching staff
• Delivering coach clinics and education
• Serving as ambassadors of Challenger Sports

Coaches are paid weekly, coaching approximately 10-15 hours per week, with additional hours in marketing and administration.

Minimum Requirements

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to obtain one
• Knowledge of current first aid procedures
• Personable, energetic, enthusiastic attitude
• Playing or coaching experience preferred
• Valid work authorization
