Are you passionate about water safety and making a difference in your community? Do you have experience teaching swim lessons and enjoy guiding families through meaningful decisions? If so, British Swim School Halton wants you on our team as a Call Center Sales & Service Representative!

We’re looking for friendly, confident, and swim-savvy professionals to support our mission by combining customer service with strong program knowledge. You’ll play a key role in helping families choose the right swim programs and ensuring every child gets the opportunity to become water-safe.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and online chats
  • Assist families with program selection and enrollment
  • Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly support
  • Maintain and update customer records in our system
  • Process registrations, forms, and follow-ups on leads
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
  • Promote current offers and track daily call activity
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience

Applicants must have prior experience teaching swim lessons and be comfortable discussing swim programs and water safety with families.

  • Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, or equivalent certification
    These credentials demonstrate your understanding of water safety and are a valuable asset for this role.

The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you\'re not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
