Position Overview:

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as a Products Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success daily.

Requirements:
