Future Opening: Outbound Sales and Service Representative

Report to: Sales and Customer Service Lead

Location: work from home, remote

Join British Swim School in Halton! We are seeking energetic individuals for a part-time sales role to help expand our programs. Prior sales call experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive training on our sales techniques and programs.

As a sales representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and promote our swim programs, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails
• Research customer needs using available resources
• Provide product and service information
• Accurately input customer data into our system
• Process orders, forms, and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls appropriately
• Follow up on leads with outbound calls
• Document call details as per procedures
• Maintain call logs and stay updated on promotions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher
• Experience in sales
• Quiet workspace, computer with camera, stable internet
• Background check required

Assets: Experience in aquatics or swim lessons is a plus.
