Job summary

WBT Therapy Works, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver remote pediatric OT services via telehealth to clients ages 0–21. This W-2 position offers flexible scheduling, part-time to full-time opportunities, and a bonus payment model.

The OT will conduct telehealth evaluations and treatments, educate caregivers, and create home programming with thorough documentation. Work is performed from the clinician’s home office with HIPAA compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license required.
• Minimum of 15 billable hours per week.
• Availability between 3:00 PM–7:00 PM EST.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Telehealth or outpatient experience preferred.
• Reliable internet and private home office.
• Medicaid/CMO credentialing requires active Georgia license.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist — Telehealth

WBT Therapy Works is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide remote pediatric Occupational Therapy services to clients ages 0–21. This is a W-2 position with part-time to full-time opportunities and a bonus payment model available.

The OT will provide telehealth-based evaluations, treatment, caregiver education, home programming, and documentation in accordance with each client’s Plan of Care. Services are delivered remotely from the clinician’s home office.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled pediatric OT evaluations and treatment via telehealth
• Completing timely documentation from evaluation through discharge
• Communicating with families to review progress, support carryover, and establish home programs
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership as needed

Requirements:

• Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license required prior to moving forward in the hiring process
• Minimum of 15 billable hours per week
• Availability between 3:00 PM–7:00 PM EST
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Telehealth or outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, documentation, and caregiver‑coaching skills
• Reliable internet, private home office space, and comfort using telehealth technology

Due to Medicaid/CMO credentialing requirements, applicants must have an active Georgia license before advancing in the hiring process. Clinicians currently pursuing Georgia licensure may submit interest for future consideration.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
