Job summary

Blink Fitness is seeking Maintenance Associates to keep sidewalks, entrances, training areas and locker rooms impeccably clean, and to ensure fitness spaces and bathrooms meet the Blink standard.

You will work independently, handle cleaning products and equipment, and support a fast-paced gym environment. This posting notes the independent franchisee is the employer, with benefits and complimentary gym access.

• Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment.
• Ability to identify dirty areas; eye for cleanliness.
• Experience in handling and using cleaning products.

JOB OVERVIEW

Maintenance Associates are the unsung hero of the Blink team. They are so dedicated to their craft that they would walk barefoot in the club without batting an eye. Our Maintenance Associates are often seen zipping around the club with a vacuum strapped to their back, reracking weights and ensuring the bathroom is spotless. We don’t know what we would do without them!

• Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch and all training areas are impeccably clean
• Clean the reception areas and offices to the Blink standard of excellence
• Stock locker rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure they are clean
• Make sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly
