Job summary

Blink Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep the Medford gym spotless and well-maintained. You’ll move around the club with cleaning supplies, ensuring all spaces are clean and equipment performs as intended.

This franchised position is through an independent operator; the employer handles hiring decisions. Competitive pay and benefits include a staff Blink membership and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment.
• Eye for cleanliness and ability to identify dirty areas.
• Experience in handling and using cleaning products.

Maintenance Associates are the unsung hero of the Blink team. They are so dedicated to their craft that they would walk barefoot in the club without batting an eye. Our Maintenance Associates are often seen zipping around the club with a vacuum strapped to their back, reracking weights and ensuring the bathroom is spotless. We don’t know what we would do without them!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch and all training areas are impeccably clean
• Clean the reception areas and offices to the Blink standard of excellence
• Stock locker rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure they are clean
• Make sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly
