Lawn Doctor is seeking a FULL TIME LAWN CARE SERVICE TECHNICIAN to service lawns in the St. Louis Metro area. The role involves performing lawn work, operating and maintaining equipment, and handling fertilizers and pesticides as part of daily operations.

Requirements include a positive attitude, ability to lift 50 lbs, follow training procedures, and a valid driver’s license. Some Saturdays may be required; benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid holidays and vacation.

FULL TIME LAWN CARE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Performs the actual work on lawn; operates and maintains equipment.* This position handles the fertilizers and pesticides that we use in our day to day operations.* Responsible for aerating and seeding lawns as needed.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

* Positive attitude* Physically able to operate the equipment to perform job responsibilities such as lifting 50# repetitively throughout the day* Service lawns according to procedures learned during training week* Maintaining assigned equipment according to those procedures outlined in the equipment manuals* Maintaining good customer relations* Presenting and promoting the Lawn Doctor service with a professional appearance* Available when needed as some Saturday work is required on an occasional basis* Able to follow directions* Valid driver's license with agooddriving record

PAY SCALE/BENEFITS
