Beyond Bread in Tucson is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced, bread-scratch kitchen. No experience required—this is a great way to start your food service career while learning to craft delicious sandwiches with a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to craft the perfect sandwich and apply knowledge daily.
• Load scratch-made breads with fresh ingredients per our recipes.
• Work closely with teammates to serve soups, sandwiches and salads quickly.
• Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures.
• Aid and support back-of-house teams as needed.

We are in KNEAD of a Kitchen Team Member!

All team members are included in our Team Tip Pool and make $18-$19/hr after training!

What will you do?

• Learn the art of the perfect sandwich and apply that knowledge consistently every day
• Load our scratch‑made breads with fresh ingredients according to our locally loved recipes
• Have fun working closely with your teammates to serve up delicious soups, sandwiches and salads quickly
• Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures
• Aid and support all back‑of‑house teams as needed

Compensation: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
