Future Opening: Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time • Fully Remote - US

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Longwood, FL is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a team member for Ceci Mcclure - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing)
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
