Future Opening: Evening Cleaner Chesterfield

We are a professional office, industrial, and medical cleaning company located in the Chesterfield area. We provide all equipment, uniforms, supplies, and job training.

Position: Housekeeper/General Cleaner

Schedule: 8:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• Must be able and willing to pass a background check
• Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and hauling to the dumpster

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties using provided products, tools, and procedures
• Tasks include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Use proper PPE as required
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems
• Experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required; training provided
• Flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitasking skills are essential
• Contribute positively to the work environment, be dependable, punctual, and in uniform
• Respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Ability to communicate in English

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward; ability to lift/carry 25 lbs
• Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses

Compensation: $11/hour
