EVS Pro Inc. in Bolingbrook is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Professional/Janitor for an evening shift one day per week. This part-time role offers competitive pay and potential for advancement.

The position involves maintaining a clean, safe building, cleaning floors and restrooms, replacing bulbs, and performing minor repairs. You will secure the premises and report major repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of janitorial services experience.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation to the site.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Good stamina, health, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash daily.
• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms; perform minor repairs.
• Wipe spills and hazards with sponges and squeegees; secure building after cleaning ends.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify manager of major repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
• Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experience in janitorial services
• Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is a must
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Excellent stamina and physical health
• Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
