Earth Resources Corporation in Northern Arizona is seeking a dedicated CDL driver to join our busy civil construction team. You will haul rock, dirt, asphalt, and other aggregates, perform pre-trip inspections, and help maintain equipment and safety on site.

We offer a competitive hourly wage, a signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Day shifts, 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with 40–50 hours per week in an in-person work environment.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B with N-Tanker.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, post-incidents, and random testing.
• DOT medical card indicating passing exam results.
• Must possess a driving record that meets company standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must maintain an acceptable attendance and safety record.
• Must have the ability to carry and lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, reach with hands and arms, crouch, and kneel as required.
• Must display excellent ability to interpret and follow directions.
• Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures for long periods of time.
• Must utilize proper communication with co-workers, office personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Pay depends on experience; experience is helpful.
