Two Maids Manassas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations with a customer-first approach. You will schedule, train, and support a team while ensuring top-notch client experiences in both office and field settings.

The role emphasizes dependable communication, adaptability, and integrity, with two weeks of training and opportunities for advancement. Compensation ranges include a hourly rate with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available Monday through Friday between 7:45 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a nationwide criminal background check and any required drug screenings.
• Comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support daily operations and work closely with management to ensure both our customers and employees have an exceptional experience.

• Quality checks and field inspections
• Assisting with training and development of team members
• Problem-solving and operational support throughout the day

To ensure success, all Assistant Managers complete approximately two weeks of field training to become familiar with our cleaning packages, customer expectations, and team operations.
