Financial Planner Recruiting, LLC is helping a boutique wealth management firm in Dallas, TX find a seasoned Financial Advisor who can partner with a senior lead advisor and grow into a Lead Advisor role leading a client pod.

The role emphasizes building trust with clients, delivering holistic financial plans, and driving new business while maintaining a premium client experience. Strong licensing and planning tools proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• 5+ years of wealth management experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Experience in a planning-centric, relationship-driven environment.
• Familiarity with eMoney and Holistiplan.
• Experience working with LPL platform is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact alongside a senior advisor for high-net-worth clients.
• Lead portions of client meetings and work toward full ownership.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans across retirement, tax, estate, and investments.
• Collaborate on portfolio strategy and investment implementation.
• Maintain exceptional organization and client experience.
