Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSO) provide opportunities for experiential learning and application. Students explore various careers by applying their skills to real‑world competitive events and by completing yearlong programs that promote career exploration. CTSOs also foster leadership development and skill attainment, building the next generation of leaders while quickly adapting to soft and workplace skills that reflect industry standards. They include curricula that keep students motivated in CTE, develop strong leadership and work‑based skills, encourage high academic performance, enhance self‑esteem and confidence, assist in achieving high occupational standards, and teach about business partnerships and networking.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions. The role requires frequent walking, stooping, bending, and sitting. The noise level in the work environment ranges from mild to loud.
