Job summary

Svdpnky is seeking a Manager In Training to begin a direct training plan to become a General Manager. The MIT will be assigned to one or more store locations by the Regional Manager and will perform General Manager duties in the absence of the GM.

Responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining customers, meeting sales goals, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Education and experience requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree with business coursework and 2 years’

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• Two years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management or merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers and meet store goals.
• Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates.
• Train and develop associates; perform store management duties in the manager's absence.
• Follow monthly marketing plans and implement sales and marketing programs.
• Manage inventory, cash assets and daily work schedules; supervise staff.
