Role Overview: Responsible for maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, working on the newest fleet in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Practice safe job practices during equipment repairs.
  2. Utilize technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably.
  3. Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  4. Assist in training lower-level technicians.
  5. Maintain documentation of work performed.
  6. Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
  7. Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  8. Travel to customer sites for repairs as needed; maintain service vehicle.
  9. Participate in OEM training programs.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Own tools applicable to the position.
  2. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
  3. Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.
  4. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
  5. High School diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
  6. Experience in field service and maintenance preferred.
  7. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 for vehicle operation.
  8. Ability to move, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  9. Field technicians may need to be clean shaven for site access.
  10. Pass a 10-panel drug screen (safety-sensitive position).
