Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in financial services and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver client presentations and pitches.
• Run relationship management simulations, including handling unhappy clients and pushback.
• Receive training on capital markets products, including stocks, bonds, and derivatives.
• Learn to read a client by listening and identifying their underlying needs.
• Work with a mentor who does this professionally and network with industry professionals.
• Practice handling rejection and developing resilience as a core skill.
