For this role, we seek individuals responsible for safely and efficiently delivering equipment, products, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Operate vehicles according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  2. Transport loads safely and promptly over required routes, obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  3. Manoeuvre trucks and trailers into loading and unloading areas, following crew signals.
  4. Assist with loading and unloading goods and materials, using specialized equipment when needed; unload empty skids and return equipment to designated areas.
  5. Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation upon route completion.
  6. Perform routine truck maintenance, including checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report malfunctions to the supervisor.
  7. Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimal loading patterns.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
  2. Ability to stay focused in busy environments.
  3. Hold a valid commercial driver’s license or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight, depending on the state.
  4. Pass background and drug tests as required by transportation regulations.
  5. Pass DOT physical, as trucks are over 10k lbs.
  6. Be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
  7. Ability to sit in a trailer cab for extended periods.
  8. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
  9. Willingness to travel frequently.
  10. For CDL drivers, may be required to be clean-shaven for customer requirements.
  11. This is a safety-sensitive position; employment contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.
