RSI EnTech, LLC in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) Site Lead. The role oversees pre-transition and long-term stewardship activities for sites, with budget responsibility and coordination with LM and USACE teams.

Requires a minimum of 5 years in environmental projects and a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering. Travel up to 20% may be required; salary range is $80,000–$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (environmental, civil, geotechnical, geological, chemical) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relative experience; 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports FUSRAP team with site and programmatic document updates.
• Documents long-term stewardship requirements and environmental liabilities.
• Updates FUSRAP program management and planning documents.
• Performs pre-transition disposition activities and transition planning for active sites.
• Prepares materials for LM-USACE joint program meetings and site tours.
• Oversees LTS for completed sites to ensure remedies are compliant.
• Coordinates access agreements and site notifications with asset management.
• Plans routine site maintenance, groundwater sampling, and reporting for completed sites.
